| For Kool Khus : |
| Banana smoothie. (makes 4 glasses) |
| Ingredients- |
- 4 tbsp blanched almonds
- 2 bananas
- 150 ml milk
- 450 ml cold water
- 200 ml Rasna kool khus syrup.

| Method- |
| Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour in glasses and garnish with chopped nuts. Serve cold. |

| For Lemon : |
Fruity Iced tea (makes 4 glasses) |
| Ingredients- |

600 ml prepared cold green or black tea (strong)
- 100 ml Rasna nimbu pani syrup
- 100 ml Rasna orange syrup
|
| Method- |
Stir all the ingredients. Pour in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve cold with ice. |

| For Orange: |
Breakfast fruit salad (serves 4) |
| Ingredients- |
- 4 cups Crunchy oat or any cereal
- 4 tbsp Chopped nuts of your choice
- 4 tsp Raisins
- 2 cups Chopped fresh fruits
- 2 cups thick yogurt (strain the water by hanging overnight in a muslin cloth)
- 100 ml Rasna orange syrup
- 2 tbsp honey (optional

| Method- |
Mix the nuts, raisins and fruits in a big bowl.
Stir yogurt, honey and the syrup in another bowl.
Divide 1 cup cereal in 4 bowls. Add equally the nuts and fruits mixture in each bowl.
Spoon the yogurt mixture equally over it also. Serve immediately.

| For Orange:
|
Trifle pudding (serves 4) |
| Ingredients- |
- 4 cups cubed plain sponge cake
- 1 cup chopped canned or fresh fruits
- 1 cup prepared custard
- 1 cup whipped fresh cream
- 1 cup Rasna Orange syrup
|
| Method- |
Soak the cake in the syrup in a shallow dish.
Put one layer of half of the cake pieces in a transparent glass bowl. Pour half of the custard and layer half of the fruits and cream. Repeat layering with rest of the half ingredients. Garnish with slivered almonds or grated chocolate. Put in the fridge overnight or for few hours.
